7 The person logs out of the lamps upon arrival

2 They browse and find an incentived walking quest to the waterfront where an event is happening
3 They accept the quest to earn extra money paid by sponsers of the offer
4 While walking they stream data to the lamps
5 Lamps sell the data on a marketplace
6 Lamps pay the pedestrian
7 The person arrives and decides to enjoy the event
8 They log out at a nearby lamp to finish the quest and get paid extra!
